Hours Included
Each website maintenance plan includes an hourly allowance for work services. Support is free with your hosting and does not use maintenance hours. If work requested is likely to exceed your hourly remaining allowance you will be asked to approve additional time in hour increments based on that plan's Additional Hours rate. Work performed is measured in fifteen minute segments. Graphic development is not measured in time, see below for graphic design pricing.
Monthly Cost
Selecting a website maintenance plan will charge you the fixed plan cost each month. There's no terms or contract requirements and you may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
Additional Hours
For particularly busy months or unexpected surges in website activity you can purchase additional maintenance time corresponding with your maintenance plan's additional hour rate. Additional hours are purchased in half hour increments.
Included Graphics
Corporate, Enterprise, and Concierge plans include graphic credits you can use for custom design work. Because graphic design varies in effort and complexity, larger designs may use more than one graphic credit. Use the chart to the right as a guide in planning your graphic design. Note: You may use graphic credits as a discount when you have insufficient credits for an entire design.

Choosing which hosting plan can be a little unsettling, but don't worry, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
How long does [update type] take?
We don't have a "B Team" just for maintenance. In other words, the same artists and programmers who built your site are the ones who will be regularly updating your site. We will work with speed and excellence to complete your updates.
With that in mind, here are some general case scenarios and the approximate completion time. All requests are rounded up to 15 minute intervals, so it's always best to send smaller updates together, rather than one at a time.
